Chick-fil-A adds a lighter option to the menu with the launch of the new Kale Crunch Side. The new side which replaces the Superfood Side on restaurant menus nationwide clocks in at just 120 calories and 9 grams of fat.
The Kale Crunch Side consists of a blend of kale and green cabbage drizzled and tossed with Apple Cider and Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette, all topped with salted, crunchy almonds.
Chick-fil-A Kale Crunch Side Nutritional Information
As mentioned above, the Kale Crunch Salad contains 120 calories per serving. Of those 120 calories, 50 percent come from fat, 30 percent from carbohydrates, and 20 percent from protein.
