There’s a new pulled pork sandwich in town and it only has 630 calories. Available now at Burger King restaurants nationwide, the Pulled Pork King features the usual ingredients found on your typical pulled pork sandwich such as savory pulled pork, Hot and Spicy BBQ sauce, cheese, onion, pickles and a sesame seed bun.

The Pulled Pork King is also available as part of a meal that includes small fries and a small soda. But be warned, the sandwich alone already contains a huge number of calories, but if you add the fries and a sugared drink, you’ll be looking at a meal that’s over 1,000 calories and 42 grams of fat.

If you’re counting carbs or trying to lose weight, skip the bun and enjoy a lettuce wrapped pulled pork sandwich instead. A Pulled Pork King without the bun has around 550 calories, 23 grams of fat, 950 mg of sodium, 57 grams of carbs, and 31 grams of protein.
