Arby’s Wagyu Burger

For the first time in the brand’s history, Arby’s is adding burgers to its menu with the nationwide launch of the new Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger (715 calories) and the new Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger (803 calories).

Featuring a patty that’s made up of a blend of American Wagyu and ground beef, the new Wagyu Burger comes topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and a special burger sauce on a toasted buttery brioche bun.

The Bacon Ranch version, on the other hand, consists of a wagyu beef burger topped with bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and parmesan peppercorn ranch on a toasted buttery brioche bun.

Coming in at 6.4 ounces and cooked sous vide, the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger is made with a blend of 52% American Wagyu beef and 48% ground beef, for a premium burger that is 50 percent larger than a McDonald’s Quarter Pounder.
