Burger King Ch’King (Chicken Sandwich)

Burger King has a new hand-breaded crispy chicken sandwich that’s making waves online. It’s called the Ch’King, and it clocks in at 800 calories, with most of those calories coming from fat.

The Ch’King Sandwich consists of a fresh hand-breaded chicken filet, served on a toasted potato bun with crisp pickles and a savory signature sauce. It’s also available in Spicy and Deluxe versions, but we’ll expand more on that later.

As mentioned above, the Ch’King Sandwich contains 800 calories and a whopping 39 grams of fat – and 69 grams of carbohydrates. Of those calories, 351 come from fat. This means that about 46 percent of the calories in a Ch’King Chicken Sandwich are from fat. Thirty-six percent of the calories are from carbs, which contribute 276 calories per serving. Protein contributes 132 calories per serving, taking up about 18 percent of the new sandwich’s total calorie content.
