The cheesy snack which is essentially a new take on the chain’s popular Italian Cheese Bread, has 152 calories per serving. Each piece equals one serving. The problem is that one order comes with 10 pieces, and once you eat one it can be hard to stop, so the calories can add up quickly.
To put it in perspective, all 10 pieces contain a whopping 1520 calories and 71 grams of fat.
For comparison’s sake, Little Caesars Italian Cheese Bread has 134 calories and 5 grams of fat per serving, while the whole order contains 1340 calories and 54 grams.
Little Caesars new and also secret Pepperoni Cheese Bread features freshly baked bread with caramelized, crispy edges covered with the chain’s signature cheese blend, pepperoni, and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings.
