McDonald’s Cinnamon Cookie Latte

McDonald’s offers new Cinnamon Cookie Latte just in time for the holidays. The chain’s latest limited time menu offering clocks in at just 250 calories and can be paired with the chain’s Donut Sticks, which are now available with chocolate sauce for dipping.

The Cinnamon Cookie Latte at McDonald’s features flavorful cinnamon sugar syrup hand-stirred with your choice of whole or nonfat steamed milk and freshly brewed espresso, topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

There’s also an iced version available that contains fewer calories and less fat. For comparison, the Iced Cinnamon Cookie Latte has 180 calories, 5 grams of fat, 28 grams of carbs, and 5 grams of protein. The Cinnamon Cookie Latte with steamed milk, by contrast, has 7 grams of fat, 39 grams of carbs, and 8 grams of protein.

The Iced version is a bit healthier and may be ideal for those looking to cut calories and lose weight.
