Shake Shack Burger calories, nutrition facts, and other important information for health and fitness conscious people.

Find out how many calories each ShackBurger has below.

The fast casual restaurant chain based in New York offers some of the best and healthiest burgers available on the market today.

Shake Shack is one of the top burger joints in the US, in my opinion, and their healthiest item is by far my favorite.

However, if you’re thinking that Shake Shack’s healthiest menu items are the Veggie Burger and the Shroom Burger, you’re wrong.

The best sandwich at Shake Shack is the 100% all-natural beef single hamburger. In fact, the burger is so good that it’s been recommended by certified health and nutrition coaches around the country.

The single hamburger has no hormones or antibiotics and it only has 400 calories, 22 grams of fat, 24 grams of carbohydrates, 25 grams of protein, and it’s also low in sodium.

If you compare it to other items such as the Double ShackBurger or the SmokeShack, Shake Shack’s single burger wins by a landslide.

Although Shake Shack’s vegetarian options, the Shroom Burger and Veggie Shack sound healthier, they’re not.

The Shroom Burger, which features a crisp-fried portobello mushroom with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce, has 150 more calories, 9 more grams of fat, 25 more grams of carbs, and less protein than the single hamburger.

Veggie Shack burgers have 130 more calories, 5 more grams of fat, 32 more grams of carbs, and also fewer grams of protein than the single hamburger.

The Shroom Burger only beats the single hamburger in terms of sodium, Shroom Burgers only contain 670 milligrams of sodium, while single burgers have 850 milligrams of sodium.

Veggie Burgers have more sodium though, each Veggie Shack contains 1250 milligrams of sodium, which is 400 milligrams more than what a single burger has.

Shake Shack burger calories vary depending on what type of burger you order, there are many options such as single or double cheeseburgers, Shack Stacks, SmokeShacks, Chick’n Shacks, etc.

However, here we’re focusing on the single hamburger which is Shake Shack’s flagship sandwich, because this is the one we love and probably the one you’re looking for. We’ll be adding nutrition facts for more Shake Shack products soon, so make sure to keep coming back to stay updated.
