Triple Bonus Jack

Jack In The Box has a new “Triple Bonus Jack” burger on the menu which features more meat and less bread than the original Bonus Jack. This means it has fewer carbs and more protein than the previous Bonus Jack. But it also means it has more calories because of the additional beef patties.

The Triple Bonus Jack features the following ingredients: Three beef patties, three slices of American cheese, pickles, lettuce, and Jack In The Box’s secret sauce served on a toasted bun.

Sold as part of a $4.99 combo, the new burger comes with fries and a drink. But you can substitute the fries for a small side salad without dressing or croutons in order to cut fat and calories.

For those unaware, Jack’s Side Salad with no dressing or croutons only adds 21 calories and 4 grams of carbs. But that’s nothing compared to the caloric contribution of the curly fries that the combo includes. For comparison, a small order of curly fries from Jack In The Box adds 280 calories, 16 grams of fat, and 30 grams of carbs.
