Wendy’s Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap

Wendy’s has discontinued the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and, as its replacement, the fast-food chain is now offering an all-new Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap that clocks in at just over 400 calories and under 20 grams of fat.

Wendy’s Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap includes herb-marinated grilled chicken breast, crispy romaine, and shredded cheddar cheese, all drizzled with a creamy ranch sauce and wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

The Wrap contains 420 calories, with most of those calories coming from carbohydrates at 39%, and fat coming in at 35%.

  1. Yes, I had the Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap. I am on a controlled carbohydrate diet program. Is it possible to get a nutritional breakdown of the tortilla?
