Too good to be true? Let’s find out.
Burger King’s Veggie Burger is delicious, low in calories, and features real vegetables grown at real farms. And apart from being a healthier alternative to a regular beef burger, it’s also incredibly tasty.
Tastier than your average veggie burger, Burger King’s version of this modern day favorite has even fewer calories, carbohydrates, and fat than Shake Shack’s Veggie burger, which is a delicious and healthy alternative to beef burgers too.
The best part? Burger King’s Veggie Burger has almost as much protein as the hamburger chain’s most popular meat option, which is the almighty Whopper.
Also, BK’s Cheeseburger, which is basically the same thing but with beef and cheese, has fewer calories and fat grams, and almost as much protein as the Veggie Burger.
So if you’re just looking to cut calories, carbs, and fat, the Veggie burger may not be the best choice.

If it were you, which one would you choose? The Veggie Burger or the Cheeseburger?
Personally, since I’m not a vegetarian, I would rather eat the beef and cheese option. But if that’s your thing, then this menu item is delicious and very satisfying.

“and features real vegetables grown at real farms” Where do the vegetables on the Whopper come from?
After trying the impossible whopper, I confess liking it as much if not more than the original. If you add cheese, bacon lettuce tomato onions, you wind up with a substantial meal, delicious!
