KFC Cheetos Sandwich

KFC adds finger lickin’ cheesiness to the menu with its latest limited-time item, the Cheetos Sandwich. It has 560 calories and features a hand-breaded, Extra Crispy, all-white meat chicken breast fillet covered in the chain’s new Special Cheetos Sauce.

The Cheetos Sandwich combines KFC’s finger lickin’ good chicken with the finger lickin’ cheesiness of Cheetos for an explosion of flavor in every bite. It’s essentially the chain’s Crispy Colonel Sandwich served atop a bed of Cheetos and drizzled in Cheetos Sauce.

The new sandwich is delicious but loaded with calories and fat grams. This item’s 33 grams of fat use up about 54 percent of your daily fat allowance. It also has plenty of carbs and sodium, but more on that below.

KFC’s Cheetos Sandwich can be made healthier by omitting the bread and the crunchy Cheetos, of course. I’m usually not a big fan of sandwiches without bread, but it may be a good option for some, especially those counting carbs.

Apart from the chicken breast fillet and the enriched unbleached flour, this menu item also contains high fructose corn syrup and soybean oil, among other ingredients.
