The Taco Bell Chalupa is available in several varieties. Therefore, nutritional values vary based on the type of Chalupa you choose.

You can order a Chalupa with beef, chicken, or steak. And right now, for a limited-time only, you can also order the Double Chalupa and the Double Chalupa Spicy.

Apart from the meat, all Chalupas feature tomatoes, lettuce, reduced-fat sour cream, and Taco Bell’s famous 3 cheese blend. But you can upgrade your Chalupa with any add on, sauce or style you like.

You can also make it meatless by replacing your choice of meat with refried beans. Or, you can make it Fresco Style by replacing dairy, mayo-sauces, and guacamole with pico de gallo.

Making it Fresco Style will subtract 40 calories from your Chalupa. And you can reduce the calorie count even more by omitting the three-cheese blend and the reduced-fat sour cream.

Although I’m pretty sure that forgoing the cheese and the sauce will probably result in a less tasty meal.
