Taco Bell has one of the best chicken quesadillas in the fast food game. However, unlike Soft Tacos, chicken quesadillas contain a lot of calories and fat.

The chain’s chicken quesadilla features chicken, 3 cheese blend, and creamy jalapeño sauce. You can reduce the calories by saying NO to the three-cheese blend and jalapeño sauce.

Eliminating the 3 cheese blend results in 190 calories less, and omitting the creamy jalapeño sauce subtracts 70 calories. So if you remove these two add ons, your quesadilla will contain only 250 calories. That’s 260 fewer calories than the original version.

You can also significantly increase its calorie content by upgrading your quesadilla with more sauces and add ons.

But if you’re counting calories or trying to lose weight, you probably don’t want to do that.

Also, if you order the Chicken Quesadilla Combo instead of just the quesadilla, you can end up with over 1,000 calories.

The Chicken Quesadilla Combo includes a large fountain drink, a Crunchy Taco, and the chicken quesadilla. A large fountain drink can add up to 430 calories, the Crunchy Taco adds 170 calories, and the chicken quesadilla adds 510 calories.

That’s a 1,110 calorie meal right there.

You can also make the combo healthier and with fewer calories. To do so, you have to remove cheeses, sauces, and drink something that does not contain sugar. So basically the choice is yours.
