Wendy’s is celebrating the holiday season this year with the launch of a new Peppermint Frosty, which contains between 210 and 540 calories, depending on the size that you order.
A Wendy’s Peppermint Frosty features a base of their Vanilla Frosty blended with cool peppermint-flavored syrup.
The new holiday treat comes in junior, small, medium, and large sizes, with calories starting at just 210 for a junior.
In general, about 70% of the calories in a holiday-themed Frosty come from carbs. The remainder of the calories are divided between fat (19%) and protein (11%).
